  • Requesting changes, and we’ll update your profile for you before seeking your approval.

Basic Listing – £12.95/month
Standard Listing – £19.95/month

  • Basic & Standard Listings: Customers will see your payment details in their order note and pay you directly.
  • Premium Listings: Customers can prepay online through us or use the direct payment method like lower-tier plans.

Note: Service providers set up their own payment gateways for direct transactions.

What are the transaction fees for online pre-bookings?

For Premium Listings that accept online prepayments, we charge a flat £0.50 fee per booking (including payment gateway fees of 2.9% for PayPal / Stipe).

Fixed pricing makes it predictable and cost-effective for service providers.
No percentage-based deductions, ensuring you receive a consistent amount per booking.

When do I receive payments?
  • Direct payments: Immediately, based on your own payment method.
  • Online pre-bookings: Payouts are processed within 1-3 business days.
